Bookings and services
Amenity, activity, helper, and event bookings are subject to availability, society approval, and the fees shown at the time of booking. Misuse of facilities may lead to cancellation of privileges.
Payments
Amounts shown for maintenance, bookings, or ads must be paid through the approved payment flow. Incomplete or failed payments may cancel or hold your request.
Conduct
Do not use the app for unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behaviour toward residents, staff, vendors, or guards. Society admins may take action under community policy.
Changes
IN PLACE may update these terms when features or policies change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
